Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of The JGCH Advantage portal, operated by Justin Green Custom Homes ("JGCH"). By signing in or using the portal you agree to them. The referral program itself, including fees, confirmation, protection, and payment, is governed by the master referral agreement signed by your brokerage and the joinder agreement and program terms in your Agreement & Terms tab; if these terms and those documents conflict, those documents control.

Your account

The portal signs you in with one-time links sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure, and for everything done through your session. Tell us right away at jacques@justingreencustomhomes.com if you believe someone else has used your account. Membership is for licensed Arkansas real estate professionals whose brokerage participates in the program.

Electronic records and signatures

You consent to doing business with JGCH electronically: the records, receipts, confirmations, and notices we provide through the portal and by email are delivered electronically, and the joinder agreement is signed electronically by typing your legal name after checking the consent box. Your electronic signature has the same effect as an ink signature. You can request paper copies of your signed documents at any time.

Using the portal honestly

Everything you enter must be accurate: client information, buyer agency agreement dates, and the signed forms you attach. You confirm you have your client's permission before sharing their contact information, and that you have made the referral fee disclosures Arkansas rules and the REALTOR Code of Ethics require of you. Do not upload files you have no right to share, attempt to access another member's information, or interfere with the portal's operation.

Documents and content

You keep ownership of documents you upload; you give JGCH permission to store and use them to run the program. Program records, including the audit trail, belong to JGCH. The portal, its design, and the Advantage marks belong to JGCH and may not be reused without permission.

Service, disclaimers, and limits

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, and it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The portal is a recordkeeping and communication tool; no portal entry by itself creates a right to a fee, and only a written confirmation from JGCH does. To the fullest extent Arkansas law allows, JGCH's liability arising from portal use is limited to direct damages, and JGCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits the parties' rights and obligations under the signed program agreements.

Ending access and changes

We may suspend or end portal access for misuse or as provided in the program agreements; the program agreements say what happens to confirmed referrals when participation ends. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
