Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Justin Green Custom Homes ("JGCH", "we") collects and uses information through The JGCH Advantage portal, the member site for our realtor referral program. Using the portal means you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Member account information: your name, email address, phone number, real estate license number, brokerage, and your electronically signed joinder agreement.

Referral information you provide about your clients: the client's name and contact information, project type and notes, your buyer agency agreement end date, and the signed forms you attach (buyer agency agreement, Arkansas multi-party compensation form, and client acknowledgment). By registering a referral you confirm you have your client's permission to share their contact information with JGCH and that you have made the referral fee disclosures required of you.

Documents you upload to a referral's file vault, and program activity records: sign-ins, registrations, confirmations, milestones, and payments, each stamped with a date and time. These records are how we keep the program honest and auditable for everyone.

How we use it

We use this information to run the Advantage program: registering and confirming referrals, tracking milestones, issuing referral checks to your brokerage through its principal broker, and keeping the written records the program and Arkansas law require.

We send transactional email tied to your membership and referrals: receipts, written confirmations and declines, milestone updates, and payment notices. Referred clients may be added to JGCH's email list and receive an introduction to JGCH followed by helpful resources; every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects a referral or a fee.

Who can see it

Your principal broker can see your enrollment status, your signed joinder, your referrals' progress, and the compliance forms attached to them, because referral fees are paid to your brokerage through its principal broker and the broker certifies those payments.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the portal: database hosting, website hosting, email delivery, and our customer relationship system. They process data for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies

The portal sets one cookie: a secure sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. It is essential to the service. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies on the portal.

Keeping it safe

Data moves over encrypted connections and lives in access-controlled systems. Portal actions are logged to an audit trail. Documents you upload are visible to you, our office, and where described above, your principal broker.

Retention and your choices

We keep program records, including signed agreements and referral histories, for as long as our document retention obligations require. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or close your membership by emailing jacques@justingreencustomhomes.com. Clients who received our emails can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

Changes

If this policy changes, we post the new version here with a new effective date. This portal is operated from Arkansas and is intended for licensed professionals and their adult clients; it is not directed to children.
